Their Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley is unfined and unfiltered, showcasing vibrant red fruit flavours with a wild herbal edge. This perky, light-bodied wine embodies the essence of the Saumur terroir, with stoney mineral characteristics. Named "Hanami," it's meant for immediate enjoyment, boasting aromas of fresh grape juice preserved through traditional and carbonic maceration. With a nod to the past and a bouncy, fun demeanour, it's an energetic and wild natty wine, perfect for chilling.
